Conference fees

The fee includes 2 nights at the Gołębiewski Hotel (or another of a similar standard), participation in the Conference, conference proceedings (not applicable to accompanying persons), full board (including welcome dinner and gala dinner), coffee breaks.

The number of seats at the Concrete Days conference is limited. The order of payments decides about participation.

Confirmation of participation in the DB2025 conference follows after the participant has paid the conference fee.

* Persons representing universities and research centers who prepare papers will be able to take advantage of the discount in the conference fee (applies to one author submitting the paper). The condition of using the reduced fee is to send the paper and accept it by the Programming Committee and the author’s age up to 35 years old.

Conference Registration

Registration for the conference is done through the system.

In case of registering more than one person from a given company / institution, a new account (with a separate e-mail address of a given person) should be created.

The process of registering a participant for the DB2025 Conference consists in creating an account, i.e. entering your personal data, creating a password, login and accepting the statement on personal data. After entering the correct data, an account verification email will be sent to you (please also check your SPAM inbox) with a link to which you should enter. After logging in to the participant’s account and making any corrections (e.g. choosing an additional accommodation or participation in Concrete Workshops), the participant’s website must be confirmed by clicking on “Confirm participation” under the amount to be paid. After completing the above actions, it will be issued a proforma invoice to participant, and participation in the DB2025 Conference will be confirmed.
